Welcome to the New Internationalist UK Wholesale shop. Through this site you can select products to be ordered at 35% discount with free delivery inside the UK. Please note that this site does not take credit card payments. On receipt of a valid order we will send you an invoice along with your wholesale order.

1) Prices, minimum order value and VAT

Prices displayed show the wholesale cost of purchasing that item. The wholesale price is the standard retail price minus 35%. The wholesale price includes VAT where applicable and the VAT element will be shown separately on your invoice. Once you've started adding items to your shopping trolley you will see a running total of the quantity and value of the items you have selected in My Cart on the right side. To be eligible for the discount and free shipping your order total (at wholesale price) must exceed £100.

Please note some goods in our range are zero-rated. This means that they are taxable for VAT, but the VAT rate is zero per cent. The zero-rated products are indicated with a 0% sign.

2) Submitting your order

When you've completed your wholesale selection, you need to click on “Checkout”. If you have already registered with us you should fill in your password and you will then be shown your details for you to confirm. If you are a new customer you will need to register. Once you have registered you can view your past and pending orders, and change your delivery address and other personal details.

Once you have successfully submitted an order you will be given an order number and will receive a confirmation email.

3) Delivery and payment

You should then allow 7-10 working days for free delivery of your goods and VAT invoice. Please pay the invoice promptly. To get up-to-date information on the status of your order please email us or telephone 01865 403239 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm). Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Please be aware that delays may occur in the run-up to Christmas. Help us to help you by placing your orders as soon as possible. THE LAST DATE FOR GUARANTEED PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY IS 15TH DECEMBER.

4) Overseas orders

Postage and handling are charged at cost for orders with overseas delivery. For further information please email us.

If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you receive simply return them within 14 days. Please follow the instructions on the invoice to call or email us  which is sent with your order. You will then be supplied with our returns freepost address and will be issued with a returns authorisation number so that you return your goods - this ensures that returns are dealt with swiftly and correctly.


We only collect customer information that is necessary for what we do. For example, when you order online, we need to have your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. This enables us to process your order and to notify you regarding its status (e.g., that it is on its way, or if we are temporarily out of stock, etc.) Your details will be held by our order processing department and by New Internationalist. From time to time we may send you more information about New Internationalist. If you do not wish to receive any mailings from us, please email your full name and address to Bev.
