Its got climate change, human rights, the economy, civil unrest, social stability and elections. Can you develop your education, health, agriculture, transport, housing or military?
Most importantly, can you kick that Dictator out of your region?
There can be a player for each of the 5 Continents in the game, known as Delegates, and one player takes on the role of the Dictator.
Delegates must develop their continents in a way that attempts to ensure DEMOCRACY rules and defeat the Dictator. The Dictator must try to take over the world and destroy DEMOCRACY! Of course, like all good Dictators, he or she starts the game with more power than the other players.
The goal is to win votes. The more votes a player has, the stronger their position. The more facilities that are developed, the more benefits there are. Along the way you
